The History of the Bristol D

The Bristol D chassis was built by Bristol Tramways and Carriage Company Limited with bodies by Bristol, Eaton and London Lorries.  The D was produced between 1930 and 1932.

There were various types of D's developed:

Bus B30D, B30F, B31D, B32F
Coach C26F, C30F, C32F

They were powered by Bristol JW 6-cylinder petrol engines 

There were 50 Bristol D's built. The D's were delivered to the following operators:
